Welcome to Yard Heroes USA. These Terms of Service govern the use of our pet waste removal services. By booking, purchasing, or receiving services from Yard Heroes USA, you agree to the following terms.

Yard Heroes USA provides residential and commercial pet waste removal services. Our team removes dog waste from designated outdoor areas included in the customer’s scheduled service.

Service may be provided on a one-time or recurring basis, depending on the service selected at booking.

Pricing is based on factors including service frequency, property size, number of dogs, and the condition of the service area.

Standard pricing applies to properties with the number of dogs included in the selected service.

3–4 dogs: Additional $10 upcharge.

4+ dogs: Custom quote required.

Additional charges may apply for unusually large properties, excessive pet waste accumulation, difficult-to-access areas, or other circumstances requiring substantially additional service time. Customers will be informed of applicable additional charges whenever reasonably possible.

Properties with significant accumulated pet waste may require an initial cleanup and may be subject to additional charges.

If the amount of waste is substantially greater than expected based on the information provided during booking, Yard Heroes USA may contact the customer regarding additional pricing before completing the service.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the designated service area on the scheduled service day.

Gates must be unlocked or appropriate access instructions must be provided before our arrival.

If Yard Heroes USA cannot access the property or service area due to a locked gate, incorrect access information, or another preventable access issue, the visit may be considered a completed service visit and may still be charged.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that fences, gates, locks, and other property features are in reasonable working condition.

Customers must inform Yard Heroes USA of any pets that may be present in the service area.

Dogs known to be aggressive, territorial, or potentially dangerous must be safely secured before our team enters the property.

Yard Heroes USA reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if an employee or contractor believes an animal presents a safety risk.

Yard Heroes USA is not responsible for pets escaping through pre-existing openings, damaged fencing, defective gates, or other property conditions outside our control. Our team will make reasonable efforts to securely close any gate used to access the service area.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the service area in a condition that allows our team to safely locate and remove pet waste.

Tall grass, excessive leaves, standing water, debris, landscaping, or other obstructions may make some pet waste difficult or impossible to locate.

While we strive to provide thorough service, Yard Heroes USA cannot guarantee that every piece of pet waste will be located when visibility or accessibility is limited.

Yard Heroes USA may delay, reschedule, or cancel services due to severe weather, lightning, flooding, unsafe temperatures, hazardous road conditions, or other conditions that could affect employee safety or service quality.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and resume service as soon as practical.

Service schedules may occasionally change due to holidays, staffing, weather, or operational needs. Customers may be notified of schedule adjustments when applicable.

Customers should provide at least 24 hours’ notice when requesting to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service.

Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Recurring customers may cancel future services at any time unless otherwise stated in a specific service plan or promotion. Charges for services already completed remain due.

Customers agree to pay all charges associated with services booked or received.

Depending on the service selected, payment may be collected at booking, after service, or automatically through a payment method kept on file.

Customers authorize Yard Heroes USA and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for authorized services, applicable fees, and approved additional charges.

If payment cannot be processed, Yard Heroes USA may suspend future services until the outstanding balance is paid.

We want customers to be satisfied with their service. If you believe an area was missed or have another service concern, please contact Yard Heroes USA as soon as possible after your service.

We will review reported concerns and, when appropriate, may offer a return visit or other reasonable resolution at our discretion.

Our team will exercise reasonable care while working on customer property.

Customers should notify Yard Heroes USA promptly if they believe property was damaged as a direct result of our service.

Yard Heroes USA is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, deteriorated or improperly installed property features, hidden hazards, unsecured items, normal wear and tear, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Yard Heroes USA reserves the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue service when conditions are unsafe or unsanitary beyond what would normally be expected during pet waste removal.

This may include aggressive animals, hazardous materials, excessive insects or pests, dangerous debris, inaccessible areas, or other conditions that may pose a risk to our team.

Pet waste collected during service will be handled according to the service procedures established by Yard Heroes USA. Depending on the service and location, collected waste may be placed in the customer’s designated waste receptacle or removed from the property.

Customers enrolled in recurring service will continue receiving service at the selected frequency until the service is canceled or suspended.

Service dates may occasionally vary due to weather, holidays, routing, or operational requirements.

Customers are responsible for keeping their contact, access, pet, and payment information current.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yard Heroes USA’s liability for claims arising directly from a specific service will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service giving rise to the claim.

Yard Heroes USA will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Yard Heroes USA may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective when posted on our website or otherwise communicated to customers.

Continued use of Yard Heroes USA services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By booking or receiving services from Yard Heroes USA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
